I can't thank Ann and the team enough for the beautiful bespoke memorial they created for my Dad. From the very beginning, Ann was so kind, caring and understanding. Losing a loved one is incredibly difficult, but she made the whole process much easier with her patience, guidance and genuine compassion. She really listened to what we wanted and helped us create something truly personal and unique. When we saw the finished memorial, we were overwhelmed. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are amazing, and it is a perfect tribute to my Dad. Knowing that so much care went into creating it means a great deal to our family. Thank you, Ann, for all your help, kindness and support. We will always be grateful. I approached W S Moore at a time of greats sadness, seeking help and advice re a memorial stone following the death of my brother. Ann Galloway put me entirely at ease and dealt with all my concerns and questions in a compassionate and professional manner. Ann was amazing through the whole process of ordering a stone for my dad. She was always a quick email away and able to answer any of my questions. The stone is beautiful and excellent quality. When my grandmother passed i was placed in charge of sourcing a memorial headstone, went to a few places besides w.s moore, even though some of the other initial quotes were cheaper, the friendly service and detailed info that ann provided made the decision easy. I had to liase back n forth with family members for a long period of time, ann’s patience with me was exceptional, and eased my frustrations somewhat also. From beginning to end i was kept very much upto date, even with a material delay which was out of everyone's control, she made me feel at ease that my grandmothers memorial will be in place ready for the 1st yr anniversary. The memorial was beautiful and the team took great care in dressing the plot with existing items. Ann at Moores memorials in Newport has been an absolute angel. We have not been the easiest of people especially as our memorial took over two years to get completed, due to difficulties following the passing of my stepfather. Ann was wonderful, she never made us feel pressured in any way.  Nothing was too much trouble for Moores, even though our stone was placed in North Somerset.  The stone is so beautiful and we are so glad we had the team provide the full service by levelling and turfing the resting place, this made my Mum cry when she saw it, it had been such a long time, but she was eventually able to give this for her husband. my family are very happy with the excellent way we were dealt with, the advice given to us, and the lovely headstone was exactly what we wanted
